Only damaged or defective shoes will be returned within 5 day of a successful delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos and an unboxing video As per policy.
Once verified, we will arrange:
A free replacement, or
A full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Size exchange is allowed once per order only.

Amount will be credited within 3-5 days after receiving the return of damaged/defected Shoe at our end.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Trial & Fit Guidelines
Product trial is allowed only on a clean indoor surface.

Avoid wearing shoes outdoors during trial

Returns may be rejected if the sole or upper shows wear marks
